Calaguas Island ( Still Unexploited 2010)

Day 0: Traveling to Daet, Camarines Norte

An organized trip by my officemate to visit Calaguas Island. At first I was hesitant to join them so i booked my own expensive return ticket (Naga -Manila)when i realized and saw some inviting pictures online.

Number of Pax : 10
Prior Booking/ Reservations : Boat From Vinzons to Calaguas Island (Sorry don't have contact numbers. Im not the organizer.Hehehe)
Overnight Stay at Calaguas Island (Camping Style)

By 8-9 pm : Bus Ride Manila- Daet, Camarines Norte (Via Philtranco)
                    *Stopover at Pagbilao,Quezon (30 mins)
5-6am : Arrival at Philtranco Terminal in Daet
6-7 am: Tricycle Ride to a Public Market (Buying our Supplies)before proceeding to the Town of Vinzons Port.

Day I: Calaguas Island

Before leaving the port in Vinzons, we made sure that our supplies were enough for an overnight stay at the Island. It's Camping style,we brought our own tents (5), necessities, toiletries, food (lunch, dinner, beverages and more (liquors). To maintain the freshness of our food ,our kuya bangkeros provided us their styro ice boxes. Our contacts has only two small boats going to the island (boat to transport us and the other for our supplies and baggages). The Cons was traveling long for 3 hours compared to 2hr Big Boat Ride. Keribells (Borlogs, Photo-op, Non Stop Chikahan)!.. Reminder: Calaguas Island is facing the Philippine Sea/Pacific Ocean.Expect a Wavy Ride.

I divided the pictures in Chronological Order

Calaguas Island :Arrival
*Setting up our tents in at the Camping sites. Preparing our Lunch (Cook our Rice, Grilled Pork and Fish). There's  a caretaker and I forgot if we paid any entrance fees. Our kuya bangkeros also stayed at the island nearby our location and some of them went to the community at the opposite side of the island.
