Don’t Read this!
-From Santiago Bay Garden, we contacted our Transpo service (yesterday) to bring us to the port (for Camotes –Ormoc Ferry bound).Unfortunately, during our visit no schedule available ferry ride to Ormoc. We don’t want to take the Camotes-Cebu-Ormoc route coz it will consume our precious Backpacker’s time(kono!). As Visayan speaking, negotiated for the lowest boat ride to Ormoc (“ Manghangyo ko Kol!”). We took the risk of riding this small boat to Merida (a town nearby Ormoc) without life vest. Thank You Lord for the calm sea! (“Ginusto namin to eh!Sumakay sa Colorum kumbaga without proper docking port! Kami na lang may alam nun! Paano kami nakarating! Hahaha” )

Day 3: Breakfast at Goldilocks, Habal-habal ride and trekking to Ulan-Ulan and Recoletos waterfalls( for those with fear of heights like me. This is not for you! “Wala akong Choice na-surprised ako!Andito na ako eh! Ituloy ang Tour!”.Habal-habal ride back to Naval.Checked out (“Wala pang Banlaw! Nagpalit lang!”).Boat ride to Maripipi island, checked in at Gaviola Homestay. Habal-Habal to Brgy. Ol-og, Small Boat to Sambawan Island ("Without life vest and bumpy afternoon boat ride. The longest 20-min scary and calling all the saints-guardian angels-God Almighty- ride") . Early dinner at random barbeque place.

Van to Ormoc Bound, get off at Libungao Intersection, Van to Palompon, Leyte.Lunch at Franz Cafe, Market (for our supplies, food, etc.)and tourism office( joined other tourists to split the boat rental expenses). Boat to Kalanggaman Island (2hrs). Beach Bumming.Photo Ops..Dinner.Lights off (Camping Style, Freshen up ("No fresh water here!Fresh water provided by your Bangkeros!”)
