Day 3: Availed Tour-Summer Palace, Forbidden City etc. And Half Day DIY Tour
Instructed by our guide, Nanlu- 1st the one be picked up nearby my lodge,
-Pick up 7am, free breakfast at 730am.
6 tourists-Me,1 Scottish, 2 Bangladesh Nationals, 2 Spanish.
1st stop- Tiananmen Gate
2nd- Forbidden city
3rd -Lunch ( by Travel Agency)
4th-Temple of Heaven
5th-Pearl Souvenir shop
6th-Summer palace.
end of half day tour, requested
to be dropped near forbidden city.

DIY Tour
-Jingsan park (view of whole
forbidden city from top) (10 yuan).Met Filipino tourists.
-from Jingsan (walked along this
street side of forbidden city-bought refreshments) to the Egg.
-The Egg ( from 5-8 pm) waiting
to be lit but to no luck, (a lot of peeps doing their jogging, left after waiting there a lot
of mosquitoes)
-Walked to Tiananmen Gate by
night ( watch the water show).
-Wangfujing street by night
-Dinner at Mcdonalds (with english translation ) unlike in KFC even the number is in chinese. no idea how much will be my
order so opted to Mcdonalds again.
-Back to Nangloxuian street ( bought shirts, canvass for pasalubongs).
