Our Itinerary
Day 4 : Yogyakarta- Water Castle/ Malioboro
Airport Transfer, ( Bye Ketut ).
Breakfast at Bali Airport.
-At Pop Hotel Bali -Kuta , we asked them to book us at Pop Hotel Yogyakarta. We thought that's all good , but we learned that Pop Hotel Yogya was on renovation when we arrived at Yogya airport,Long story short, No accommodation and airport transfer in Yogya. Good thing i did
my homework, research and it helped us, ( Big Time)
-From Yogya Airport,followed locals,took Transjogsa (public transport-mini bus)
and got off at Malioboro Station . Took rest at Malioboro mall - had JCO ,level 2 at mall ( " Im surprised with their cubicle- bowl "), checked the map where this specific accommodation ( -gang II,I- Losmen Anda )shared by pinaysolobackpacker blog is located.Found a non aircon simple accommodation . Thank you Gael!.
- Started our tour in Yogya.
-took a rickshaw to Water castle, At Water Castle area ( residential area, a local approach us to offer a walking tour, but we do it by ourselves by asking fellow tourists for directions, found it with the help also from the residents of the area, others asked me if I'm an Indonesian because of my looks. Photo ops.
-took rickshaw again back to Malioboro Mall, late lunch, then rest and booked tour for tomorrow's (Half day-Prambanan, Borobudur tour) and also we booked a train ticket to Bandung ( for the trip the day after -12MN). Dinner and Rest.
*many travel agencies are located along Gang II,I mini street nearby our lodge and also the train station ( Yogya train station -this is different from Transjogsa FYI) is 5 to 10 mins walk from our lodge.

Day 5 : Prambanan - Borobudur Tour
Early tour to Prambanan, Borobudur (with other tourists). Free snacks by travel agency.
1st stop -Borobudur-Welcome drinks , Sarong to those who are wearing shorts. Synchronize our time with our guide.
2nd stop- Prambanan- Sarong , there are also In- House guides (mostly teenagers to practice their English and I heard it's free of charge )

-After Lunch , return to Malioboro, Rest and extended our accommodation until 6pm, Lunch ,Massage by Evening,Rest at the lobby of our accommodation after 6pm ,then proceed to train station, had late Dinner and waited for our train and Goodbye Yogya by 12 am.
